This is my dog Piper. We adopted her from an organization called Project HALO – Helping Animals Live On.
We were caught by surprise when they were set up in Birkdale Village.
Once I saw her I knew she was our dog.
She was just under a year old when we got her and already full grown at 30 lbs. 
I think she is the perfect size. Project HALO said that she is a Boston Terrier Mix, which the vets seem to agree with.
She is very high energy, has a great personality, and loves to play with people and other dogs.
